The more I try to do around here on this site, the more like an idiot I feel. I upgraded to the newest version of WP (2.3.1), and since then the error message in the upper left corner has been there. I know nothing about mySQL, so I haven’t the foggiest how to fix it.

Does anybody know how to move a sidebar over? I want the right sidebar moved over so that the posting area is large enough to accomodate pictures when I post them - and I can’t for the life of me figure out how to do it in this theme.

The problem of the missing post has been solved! Thanks to Min, he discovered that this template* was excluding posts made in the “Personal” category. Then I was able to find the coding for that and change it!
