Even if you don’t have anything knew to say, it’s nice hearing from you.

I would like to make a suggestion about the gym membership. Try using a free gym for a few weeks, or a trial gym membership first. You might find out that you really don’t want to use a gym, or find that you don’t have time for it, and end up locking yourself into a contract for a service you don’t use.

I see people do this all the time. If it wasn’t so common, gyms would only have month to month membership fees and no year long contracts.
