CheapOAir.com

Has anyone had any experience with CheapOAir.com? I’m planning to buy my mom a plane ticket to come out and visit sometime in the spring summer, so I’m weighing my options. So far, this website has by far the lowest price (before taxes):
- CheapOAir: $146
- Orbitz: $220
- Travelocity: $219
- Expedia: $220
- Hotwire: $193
- Kayak: $220
- Priceline: $220
- Ultimate Fares: $189
- Travelocity: $219
As you can see, I’ve done my homework on this one! The consumer reviews listed on CheapOAir are, of course, very favorable. But I found a bunch of complaints against them on a complaint site.
So I’m wary. But I really want that cheaper flight.
Do any of you have experience with this company?

I booked with several times and I am comfortable with them,…….I saved lots of money….and that was important for me…
They do offer some great prices, when thinking about some of the bad reviews, there is always 2 sides to every complaint. I have found that most of the complaints the customer created themselves, so if you know what you are doing and verify everything you should be fine!
Stay away. Any company that has their spam bots commenting on your post that quickly cannot be up to any good. They reek of scam, and a couple of fraud complaints plus an unsatisfactory rating with the Better Business Bureau would make me think only once before I ran the opposite direction. Do not use!
That was pretty much my feeling on it, too, but I wanted validation! Thanks.
Turns out I may not have to buy a ticket for her anyways, because they have a free one from some promotion.
Yeehaw!
