Posting by Email?

Does anyone out there know how to set up posting by email? I tried, and as usual, I can’t make it work.

I know in Blogger there is a specific e-mail address and then you must also have checked a box that says publish e-mailed posts immediately, versus making them as drafts. Hope that is somewhat helpful!
