Both are powerful enough to at least make you stop and think. When I saw this ad (lol, i first typed 'ass' instead of 'ad'), it quickly went into my "don't be silly" file in my head. The bigger question to me is: are we really still clubbing wild baby seals to death? why? I know we still eat veal, perhaps a cow version of this would be more relevant. Even cows, though, are supposed to be killed 'humanely' (there is a huge question about if that is happening and also about how we treat them during their lives). Dennis Leary had a great skit about the animals we eat. We dont eat cute ones. I dont see it as any worse than any of the pro-life ads I have seen.
