I can see you and I are on some sort of parallel path right now - even in Bible reading. I just pondered the same stuff about Solomon/Jedidiah not 2 weeks ago (and used it as theme for my graduation letter to Jed Mahan!). On the topic of the Presence, even after Adam and Eve sinned, God went looking for them - He wanted to be with them. Isn't that awesome? I have had it all wrong, thinking it was hide and seek and hopefully He'd let me approach if I'd been doing everything right. Come boldly to the throne of grace...
